摘要
[目的]探讨暖心护理志愿服务活动对高职护生职业价值观的影响因素,为提高高职护生职业价值观的路径提供参考依据。[方法]采用一般情况调查表及护士职业价值观量表对在校大一、大二80名高职护生实施暖心护理志愿服务前后进行调查研究。[结果]①高职护生参与暖心护理志愿服务前后职业价值观的总分值分别为100.90±19.52(29~130),107.45±19.98(41~130)。②对高职护生干预后,职业价值观26个条目均显著优于干预前,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。③采用多元线性回归分析法,维度条目NPVSR7及NPVSR12,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。[结论]参与暖心护理志愿服务活动有利于高职护生职业价值观的提高。因此,高职院校应积极开展暖心护理志愿服务活动,进一步探讨与专业相结合的专业志愿服务活动,努力提高高职护生的职业价值观。
[Objective]To explore the influencing factors of the heart-warming nursing volunteer service activities on the vocational values of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,and to provide reference basis for the path to improve the vocational values of nursing students.[Methods]80 nursing students in higher vocational colleges were investigated before and after the warm-hearted nursing volunteer service by using the general situation questionnaire and the nurses’professional values scale.[Results]①The total scores of professional values of nursing students in higher vocational colleges were 100.90±19.52(29~130)and 107.45±19.98(41~130)respectively before and after they participated in the heart-warming nursing volunteer service.②After the intervention,the 26 items of professional values of vocational nursing students were significantly better than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③Using multiple linear regression analysis,the dimensional items NPVSR7 and NPVSR12,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion]Participating in heart-warming nursing volunteer service activities is beneficial to the improvement of professional values of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should actively carry out heart-warming nursing volunteer service activities,further explore the professional volunteer service activities combined with the major,and strive to improve the vocational values of nursing students.
