摘要
筛选适宜的辅料制备山楂陈皮颗粒,获得其最佳吸湿稳定性。选用常用的颗粒剂辅料以吸湿性、临界相对湿度为评价指标,优化山楂陈皮颗粒的稀释剂种类及用量,并以二项式方程拟合山楂陈皮颗粒的吸湿动力学曲线。山楂陈皮颗粒最佳处方配比为:浸膏1份稀释剂1份,颗粒吸湿动力学曲线符合二项式模型,相对湿度为75.25%条件下,35.6 h吸湿量达到6%,临界相对湿度为61.6%。按最优处方所制山楂陈皮颗粒的阻湿性较好,工艺稳定可行,能有效降低山楂陈皮颗粒的吸湿性。
Suitable pharmaceutical excipients are required for hawthorn and tangerine peel granules to obtain an optimal hygroscopic stability.Using hygroscopicity and critical relative humidity as evaluation indicators,the type and dosage of common diluents for hawthorn and tangerine peel granules were investigated and optimized.Also,the hygroscopic kinetics of hawthorn and tangerine peel granules was fitted using a binominal equation.The results showed that the ratio of dry extract and diluent is 1∶1 for an optimal prescription.The hygroscopic kinetic curve is in good agreement with the binomial model.Under a condition with relative humidity being 75.25%,it takes 46 hours for moisture absorption to reach 6%and the critical relative humidity is 61.6%.In addition,production process under the optimal conditions is stable and feasible,and the hygroscopicity of hawthorn and tangerine peel granules can be effectively reduced.
