摘要
为实现对化工企业生产与存储环境产生的甲醛、甲烷、苯、一氧化碳等有害气体进行有效监测,设计并实现一套室内有害气体监控分析系统。该系统以STC89C52单片机为控制芯片,通过MQ138、MQ5、MQ135、MQ7气体传感器实时检测分析,当有害气体浓度超过设定阈值时,控制有害气体排放装置实现管控智能化。系统测试及初步应用表明:该系统性价比高、鲁棒性好,能够有效实现化工企业生产、存储环境的室内有害气体监控分析,具有一定的市场应用前景。
In order to achieve effective monitoring of formaldehyde,methane,benzene,carbon monoxide and other harmful gases in the production and storage environment of chemical enterprises,a set of indoor harmful gas monitoring and analysis system has been designed and implemented.In the system,a STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer is used as the controlling chip,real-time detection and analysis are implemented through MQ138,MQ5,MQ135,MQ7 gas sensors.When the concentration of harmful gas exceeds the set threshold,realized intelligent management and control is thus realized using the system.The test and preliminary application showed that the system is cost-efficient and robust,and can effectively realize the indoor harmful gas monitoring and analysis in the production and storage environment of chemical enterprises.Therefore,the system has certain market application prospects.
