摘要
食品安全监督抽检抽样工作离不开科学的方法和规范的程序,对食品安全进行抽样检查是加强监督、提升质量安全的重要措施,在实践过程中需要不断探索提升抽检抽样工作效率和结果可信度的措施。本文分析了当前食品安全监督抽检抽样工作存在的常见问题,并针对这些问题,提出一些改进食品安全抽检工作效益的措施方法,对于相关行业的从业者具有一定的借鉴指导作用。
The sampling work of food safety supervision and sampling is inseparable from scientific methods and standardized procedures.Sampling inspection of food safety is an important measure to strengthen supervision and improve quality and safety.In the process of practice,it is necessary to constantly explore measures to improve the efficiency and reliability of sampling work.This paper analyzes the common problems existing in the current sampling work of food safety supervision,and puts forward some measures and methods to improve the efficiency of food safety sampling work,which can be used for reference and guidance for practitioners in relevant industries.
