手工搬运作业下矿工腰部肌肉疲劳分析 被引量:5

摘要 为研究井下煤矿工人腰部肌肉的疲劳状况,设计了矿工手工搬运作业试验范式,对矿工搬运作业前后腰部的最大随意收缩拉力值F_(MVC)、F′_(MVC),以及心率和血压进行了测量,并记录每个阶段作业任务完成后矿工对自身疲劳的主观评价值(B_(RPE)),进而探究个体体质量指数(I_(bm))、负重(F_(load))、心率(R_(h))与作业时间(t)对疲劳速率(v)、肌力最大随意收缩百分比(f_(MVC))和主观评价值(B_(RPE))等肌肉疲劳指标之间的显著性关系。显著性和相关性分析结果表明:随着搬运作业时间的增加,矿工腰部肌力下降速率增快,肌肉疲劳程度增加;随着矿工年龄增大、心率增高,主观疲劳感知强烈;体重超标、体型肥胖的矿工更易疲劳。构建了疲劳主观评价值(B_(RPE))一元线性回归预测模型,用其量化矿工肌力疲劳与主观疲劳的变化关系。以期优化煤矿从业人员的作业设计和轮班制度,预防肌肉骨骼疾病风险。 In order to study the fatigue of waist muscles of coal miners,using the method of miners manual handling work for experiment paradigm,the maximum voluntary contraction force values of the waist(F_(MVC),F′_(MVC)),heart rate and blood pressure was recorded before and after lifting operation,and the miner’s rating of perceived exertion(B_(RPE))after the completion of work tasks in each stage was also recorded.In this way,to explore the significant relationships of individual body mass index(I_(bm)),load(F_(load)),heart rate(R_(h)),work time(t)and fatigue rate(v),maximum voluntary contraction percentage(f_(MVC))and B_(RPE) etc.of human muscle fatigue indicators.The results of significance and correlation analysis show that with the increase of handling time,the decline rate of waist muscle strength increases rapidly and the degree of muscle fatigue increases;with the increase of age and heart rate,rating of perceived exertion becomes stronger;overweight and body obesity miners are more perceived to fatigue.Unary linear regression prediction model of B_(RPE) is built to quantify the muscle fatigue strength changes and B_(RPE) of miners.It is expected to optimize the job design and shift system for coal miners,so as to prevent the risk of musculoskeletal disease.
