摘要
文章从信息获取途径、信息需求、信息获取障碍等方面调研了嘉兴地区双创人员的显性和隐性科技信息服务需求。通过分析国内一些图书馆开展科技信息服务的方式,结合嘉兴市图书馆科技信息服务的实践,总结归纳了地市级公共图书馆开展科技信息服务的策略,以便为地市级公共图书馆开展科技信息服务提供借鉴,发挥图书馆科技智库的作用,助力双创人员创业、创新。
This article studies the explicit and implicit sci-tech information service needs of entrepreneurs and innovators in Jiaxing from the aspects of access to information,information requirements,and information access barrier,etc.In addition,this article sums up the strategies of developing sci-tech information services in the city public libraries after analyzing the methods of carrying out sci-tech information services in some Chinese libraries,and combining them with practices of sci-tech information services in Jiaxing Library.The paper aims to provide references for public libraries in launching sci-tech information service activities,leverage the library’s role as a sci-tech think-tank,and help entrepreneurs and innovators to conduct businesses or innovate.
