摘要
主要验证在视觉冲击下车间环境对员工的心理认知影响作用。从神经工业工程的角度出发,采用事件相关电位技术,通过给被试在视觉下随机呈现正性或者负性的车间环境信息,记录其行为学数据和脑电数据。数据结果分析发现,行为学数据显示车间环境的正负性对被试没有影响;脑电数据显示车间环境的正负性主效应显著,正负性和一致性的交互性不显著。说明员工对车间环境在视觉呈现上有一定的认知偏差,正性车间环境能够吸引员工更多的注意力,对信息处理的唤醒效应更敏感。
The psychological cognitive effect of workshop environment on employees under visual impact is mainly verified. From the perspective of neuro-industrial engineering, event-related potential technology is used to present positive or negative workshop environment information to the subjects randomly under vision, and their behavioral data and EEG data are recorded. The data results indicate: behavioral data shows that the positive and negative of the workshop environment have no effect on the subjects;and EEG data shows that the main effect of the positive and negative of the workshop environment is significant, and the interaction between the positive and negative and the consistency is not significant. The results show that employees have a certain cognitive deviation in the visual presentation of the workshop environment. The positive workshop environment can attract more attention of employees and is more sensitive to the arousal effect of information processing.
