摘要
为了全面提升合成氨生产的质量水平,要结合应用环境和要求适当采取匹配的煤气化技术方案,进一步实现原料煤本地化处理目标,实现经济效益和环保效益的和谐统一。文章分析了目前煤气化技术的发展现状,并从固定床气化技术、流化床气化技术以及气流床气化技术三个方面着重探讨了煤气化技术在合成氨生产中的应用。
In order to comprehensively improve the quality level of synthetic ammonia production,it is necessary to appropriately adopt a matching coal gasif ication technology plan based on the application environment and requirements to further achieve the goal of localized treatment of raw coal,and achieve the harmony and unity of economic and environmental benef its.This paper analyzes the current development status of coal gasif ication technology,and discusses the application of coal gasif ication technology in the production of synthetic ammonia from three aspects:f ixed bed gasif ication technology,fluidized bed gasif ication technology and entrained bed gasif ication technology.
