摘要
以云南翠雀花种子为材料,研究了不同种子成熟度和不同贮藏时间对种子萌发影响、不同栽培基质对根生长量的影响,探究了人工授粉及根茎育苗。结果表明:种子没有休眠特性,新鲜的成熟种子和半成熟种子均可以萌发,萌发率分别为99.17%和72.50%;干燥种子随着贮藏时间增加萌发率逐渐下降,半年后为53.15%,一年后仅为12.5%;疏松的栽培基质有利于增加产量;人工授粉可以产生有效种子,但效率不高;充分利用根茎部的芽繁殖可以得到大量健壮小苗和提高产量。通过研究云南翠雀花的繁育生物学特性,为该药材的人工栽培和保育提供有效指导。
Seeds of Delphinium yunanense were used as the test materials, the effects of different maturing stage’s seeds, storage times on seed germination,and different cultivation substrates on root growth were studied, artificial pollination and rhizome seedling were explored in this paper.Results showed that seeds of Delphinium yunanense no dormancy, fresh mature seed and semimature seed can germinate, which germination rate was 99.17% and 72.50%;The germination rate of dry seeds decreased with the increase of storage time, which the germination rate was 53.15% after half a year,after a year was 12.5%;Loose cultivation substrates was beneficial to increase yield;Artificial pollination can produce fertile seeds, but it’s not very efficient;Make full use of the shoots at the rhizome can produce a large number of healthy seedlings and increase yield. By studying the reproductive biology characteristics provides effective guidance for artificial cultivation and conservation of Delphinium yunanense.
