摘要
以FAGOR公司的GOP系列增量式光栅尺为代表,介绍了带距离编码的光栅尺使用环境和回零原理,并结合其在西门子SIMOTION控制系统中的实际应用,提出了一种自动回零算法。此方法可快速准确实现系统位置参考点获取,降低了回零功能产生的干涉现象,为带距离编码光栅尺在高精度数控机床上应用提供依据。
Taking the FAGOR GOP series incremental grating ruler as an example,the use environment and zero return principle of the distance-coded grating ruler have been introduced,in combination with its practical application in the Siemens SIMOTION control system,an automatic zero return algorithm has been proposed.This method can quickly and accurately obtain the system position reference point,which reduce the interference phenomenon caused by the zero return function.It provides a basis for the application of the distance-coded grating ruler on high-precision CNC machine tools.
