摘要
目的:汉化Spiritual Care Perspective Scale(SCPS,灵性照顾观念量表),并对其进行信效度检验。方法:在征得量表原作者授权后,根据Brislin原则进行翻译、回译及跨文化调适,形成中文版灵性照顾观念量表;采用便利抽样方法,于2019年10月-2020年6月对十堰市3所三级甲等医院488名肿瘤及安宁疗护病房护士进行问卷调查,并对中文版SCPS量表进行信效度检验。结果:中文版SCPS量表共10个条目,探索性因子分析共提取2个公因子(认知观念和执行观念),累计贡献率为66.87%,验证性因子分析显示适配度良好;总量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.872,折半信度为0.842,重测信度0.892,内容效度为0.91。结论:中文版SCPS量表具有良好的信效度,可以作为测评国内护士提供灵性照顾观念的有效工具。
Objective:To Chinesize the Spiritual Care Perspective Scale(SCPS)and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:After obtaining the authorization of the original author,translation,back translation and cross-cultural adaptation were carried out according to the Brislin principle in order to form the Chinese version of SCPS.Then,using convenience sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 488 nurses in oncology and palliative care wards in tertiary grade A hospitals in Shiyan City from October 2019 to June 2020,and the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of SCPS was tested.Results:The Chinese version of SCPS had a total of 10 items.The exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors,which were cognitive concept and perform concept.The cumulative contribution rate was 66.87%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit was good.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.872,half⁃reliability was 0.842,the test⁃retest reliability was 0.892,and the CVI of the total scale was 0.91.Conclusions:The Chinese version of SCPS had good reliability and validity.And it could be used as an effective tool to evaluate the spiritual care concept of domestic nurses.
