摘要
针对装配式建筑质量管理不规范和建筑信息传递不通畅所引起的质量问题,提出了多方管控和精益化质量管理的应对策略。即在各参建单位信息共享的前提下,贯彻设计标准化、生产自动化、施工程序化、度量精细化和维护持续化的质量控制理念。最后基于BIM技术,给出了装配式建筑生命周期各建设阶段精益化质量控制的具体措施,为有效控制装配式建筑质量提供了新思路。
Aiming at the quality problems caused by non-standard quality management of prefabricated buildings and poor transmission of building information,this paper gives the strategies of multi-party control and lean quality management.Taking all stakeholders sharing construction information as the premise,the quality control concepts of design standardization,produce automation,construct standardization,measure refinement and maintain sustainability are carried out.Finally,based on BIM technology,the feasible measures of lean quality control in each construction stage of prefabricated building’s life cycle are given,which provides a new way for controlling the quality of prefabricated buildings effectively.
