On Improved Battery SOC Algorithm Based on Ampere-hour Integration Method

摘要 为了更加精确估算电池荷电状态SOC,分析了影响SOC估测的主要因素,采用实验的方法,建立SOC影响因素的数学模型,并对温度、充放电电流、循环次数等进行补偿校正.提出一种安时积分法和开路电压法相结合的改进SOC在线估算方法并进行验证.实验结果表明:改进SOC算法误差值得到大大降低,SOC实时估算精确度得到提高,算法具有较强的可靠性和实用性. In order to estimate the SOC of battery more accurately,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the estimation,establishes a mathematical model by experimental method,and compensates and corrects the temperature,charge and discharge current and cycle times.An improved on-line SOC estimation method combining ampere hour integration method and open circuit voltage method is proposed and verified.The experimental results show that the improved SOC algorithm greatly reduces the error value,improves the accuracy of real-time estimation,and has strong reliability and practicability.
