摘要
采用焓差室实验,通过单因素分析,探究了无遮挡凹槽壁面与室外机的各间距对室外机热环境、热回流率及空调系统性能的影响,建立了各间距与进风温度的关系模型,并得到优化的凹槽尺寸和室外机放置条件。结果表明:左间距与上间距对系统性能影响较大,左间距增大400 mm时,其相对能效比增大了约0.3;其次为后间距和右间距,右间距增大400 mm时,其相对能效比增大不足0.1;而前间距增大至100 mm时,在室外环境干/湿球温度43℃/26℃情况下会导致空调停机;当室外机置于优化后的凹槽中时,其空调能效比为无任何遮挡时的97%。
Carries out an enthalph difference chamber experiment, and applies the single factor analysis to explore the effect of each distance between the wall of unshielded groove and the outdoor unit on the thermal environment of outdoor unit, the heat reflux rate and the performance of air conditioning system. Establishes the relationship model between each distance and the inlet air temperature, and obtains the optimized groove size and the outdoor unit placement conditions. The results show that the distance to the left wall and the upper wall has the greater influence on the system performance, followed by the distance to the back wall and the right wall. As the distance to the left wall increases by 400 mm, the relative energy efficiency ratio(EER) increases by about 0.3. With the same distance increased from the right wall, the relative EER increases by less than 0.1. However, when the outdoor dry and wet bulb temperature is 43 ℃ and 26 ℃, the air conditioner will be shutdown as the distance to the front air outlet increases to 100 mm. After optimizing the groove size and the placement of the outdoor unit, the EER of the air conditioner is 97% of that without any obstruction.
