摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定地下水、生活饮用水及地表水中铜、铅、锌、铍、钡、钼、钴、锑、钒、铊、硼、钛、镍等13种重金属的方法。通过优化仪器条件,应用内标法分别对地下水、生活饮用水和地表水进行了测定,结果表明:所测各元素在其线性范围内,线性关系好,线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.01~0.5μg/L;该方法操作简单,分析效率高,检出限低,灵敏度高,数据准确性好,精密度高,适用于地下水、生活饮用水以及地表水中13种重金属的测定。 A method for the determination of copper,lead,zinc,beryllium,barium,molybdenum,cobalt,antimony,vanadium,thallium,boron,titanium and nickel in groundwater,drinking water and surface water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.By optimizing the instrument conditions,the internal standard method was used to determine the groundwater,drinking water and surface water respectively.The results showed that the linear relationship of each elements were good in their respective linear range,and the linear correlation coefficients were higher than 0.999.The detection limit was 0.01~0.5μg/L.This method has the advantages of simple operation,high analysis efficiency,low detection limit,high sensitivity,good data accuracy and high precision,which can better meet the demand for the determination of 13 heavy metalsin groundwater drinking water and surface water.
