摘要
目的:探讨护理行为感知在前置胎盘剖宫产手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年12月收治的100例前置胎盘剖宫产手术患者作为研究的对象。采用随机分组法,对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则为护理行为感知方案,分析护理成效。结果:观察组患者产后并发症的发生率为12.0%,明显少于对照组的28.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产前24h HAMA评分及产后24h HAMA评分均少于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组新生儿1min Apgar评分中,观察组的得分为(8.95±0.31)分,高于对照组的(8.69±0.25)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理行为感知方案能明显改善前置胎盘剖宫产手术患者情绪,减少术后出血量,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing behavior perception in patients with cesarean section with placenta previa.Methods:100 cases of cesarean section patients with placenta previa treated from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research object.A random grouping method was adopted,patients in the control group adopted routine nursing measures,and the observation group was a nursing behavior perception program to analyze the effectiveness of nursing.Results:The incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was 12.0%,which was significantly less than that in the control group,28.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had fewer HAMA scores at 24 hours before delivery and 24 hours after delivery.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the 1min Apgar scores of the two groups of newborns,the observation group score was(8.95±0.31),which was higher than that of the control group(8.69±0.25).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing behavior perception scheme can significantly improve the mood of patients undergoing placenta previa cesarean section,reduce the amount of postoperative bleeding,and has clinical promotion value.
