摘要
应用型高校人才德育目标是培育德才兼备、一专多能、具有工匠精神的职业人,据此借鉴企业经典管理方法"5S管理",结合应用型高校学生实际提出"5S人才德育培养模式"。通过分析高校5S德育培养的可行性,提出高校5S人才德育培养的实施路径和推行措施,从"整洁、规范、健康、坚持、自律"五个方面构建模拟企业的新型校园文化,以此提升在校大学生的道德品质与校园公德水平,内外兼修,铸魂育人。
The goal of the moral education of talents in application-oriented colleges and universities is to cultivate professionals who possess both morality and talent, one specialty and many abilities, and the spirit of craftsmen.In this regard, referring to the Classic Enterprise Management Method "5 s management", combining with the practical college students, this paper puts forward the "5 s talent moral education training model", through analyzing the feasibility, implementation path and implementation measures of the 5 S moral education training in colleges and universities, in order to promote the moral quality of college students and the level of campus morality, we should cultivate students both inside and outside, and cultivate students with their souls.
