摘要
新工业革命正以空前幅度深刻影响着中国特色现代职业教育的发展进程。职业教育面临改革发展的机遇与挑战,职教政策迫切需要与时俱进、适应变革。在新工业革命背景下,中国特色现代职业教育政策必须确立人本与科技协调、类型与创新发展的新理念,实施价值立教、目标强教、体制兴教、科技支教的新战略,拓展政策空间,再造政策范式,创新发展动能,走开放包容、协同创新的发展之路。
The new industrial revolution is profoundly affecting the development process of modern vocational education with Chinese characteristics.Vocational education is facing the opportunities and challenges of reform and development.Vocational education policies urgently need to keep pace with the times and adapt to change.In the context of the new industrial revolution,the modern vocational education policy with Chinese characteristics must establish a new concept of the coordination between humanism and science and technology,types and innovative development,implement the new strategy of building education by value,strengthening education by objectives,revitalizing education by system and supporting education by science and technology,expand policy space,rebuild policy paradigm,innovate development momentum,and take the development road of openness,inclusiveness and collaborative innovation.
