摘要
枕颈不稳是由各类病理原因导致的可危及生命的枕颈区域不稳定和一系列神经功能障碍,尽快重建枕颈部位正常解剖关系和恢复其稳定性至关重要。从自体腓骨移植融合以来,此区域手术报道逐渐增多,枕颈固定理念及技术迅速发展,然而各类手术并发症也时有发生,并且考虑到其复杂的解剖和生物力学结构,枕颈区域融合仍需深入研究,本文旨在对枕颈融合的相关临床研究作一综述。
Occipitocervical instability is a life-threatening condition,and leads to a series of neurological dysfunction by various pathological conditions subsequently.It is crucial to reconstruct the normal occipitocervical anatomical relationship and restore its stability as soon as possible.Since the fibula autograft was used initially,studies on occipitocervical fusion increased gradually with progressive concept and technology.However,various surgical complications occurred occasionally,furthermore,considering the complex anatomic and biomechanical structure,it still needs further study.The present paper aims at introducing the related clinical study of occipital cervical fusion.
