摘要
为提升寒冷盐碱地区面板混凝土的耐久性,将聚丙烯纤维掺入到面板混凝土中,进行不同盐溶液浓度下的冻融循环试验。结果表明:掺入纤维对面板混凝土的抗盐冻性能有较大幅度提升,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为1kg/m^(3)时,面板混凝土的抗盐冻性能表现最佳;面板混凝土在中等盐浓度(3.5%)下的冻融损伤要大于在低等浓度(2%)和高等浓度(5%)下的冻融损伤。这一研究成果可为面板混凝土设计施工提供借鉴。
In order to improve the durability of facing concrete in cold saline-alkali area,polypropylene fiber was added into facing concrete to carry out freeze-thaw cycle test under different salt solution concentrations.The results show that the salt-freezing resistance of facing concrete is greatly improved by adding fiber,and the salt frost resistance of concrete face slab is the best when the content of polypropylene fiber is 1 kg/m^(3);the freeze-thaw damage of facing concrete under medium salt concentration(3.5%)is greater than that under low salt concentration(2%)and high salt concentration(5%).The study would provide a reference for the design and construction of facing concrete.
