摘要
以辛置煤矿2-559切眼巷道泥质顶板岩层为工程背景,针对解决厚泥质顶板岩层大采高切眼维护难题;拟采用切眼加强支护技术,主要包括高强度锚网梁索主动支护和单体支柱+π型梁加强支护;其技术特点是强化厚泥质顶板岩层承载性能、利用基本顶岩层承载能力;应用表明,巷道基本稳定、维护简单。
Aiming at the maintenance problem of large-mining-height open-off cut in thick-shale roof strata at 2-559 open-off cut roadway in Xinzhi Colliery,the author presents the open-off cut support reinforcement technology with high-strength active bolt-mesh-beam-cable support and reinforcement support with single pillar andπ-typed beam to strengthen the bearing capacity of thick-shale roof strata and basic roof strata,which can guarantee the roadway stability and simple maintenance.
