摘要
目的检索连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)研究的相关文献,分析当前的研究现状和热点。方法通过Pubmed检索2011~2020年发表的有关连续性肾脏替代治疗的文献,运用BICOMB和图形聚类工具gCLUTO对文献进行关键词词篇矩阵、双向聚类分析,形成主题词聚类曲线图及主题词聚类矩阵。结果共1912篇文献纳入分析,抽取出现频次≥18的主题词31个,聚类分析获得5个研究热点:枸橼酸抗凝、急性肾损伤患者CRRT治疗的预后、CRRT治疗方法的临床应用研究、CRRT治疗对抗菌药物应用影响的研究、体外膜肺氧合联合CRRT治疗相关研究。结论近年来国内外学者重视CRRT相关的研究,研究重点在CRRT治疗的用药、方法及预后。
Objective To analyze the hot spots in the studies of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)by bibliometric analysis.Methods Pubmed-covered papers on CRRT from 2011 to 2020 were retrieved and analyzed by BLCOMS and gCLUTO to generate subject heading clustering curve and subject heading clustering matrix.Results Five hot spots were detected from 1912 papers from which 31 subject headings were extracted with a frequency≥18,including the application of regional citrate anticoagulation in CRRT,the effect of renal replacement therapy on the prognosis of critically ill patients with acute kidney injury,the research on clinical application of CRRT,the study about the influence of CRRT on the application of antibacterial drugs,and the research on ECMO combined with CRRT treatment.Conclusion Recently,foreign and domestic scholars attach importance to the studies on CRRT related issues,especially on drugs,methods and prognosis of CRRT.
