摘要
目的观察园艺疗法联合肢体功能锻炼对脑卒中偏瘫患者负性情绪及肢体运动功能的影响。方法将108例脑卒中偏瘫患者采用随机数字法分为常规护理组和联合护理组,各54例。常规护理组给予常规护理联合肢体功能锻炼,联合护理组在常规护理组基础上给予园艺疗法。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预3个月后,联合护理组的情绪孤立、社交孤立、情绪孤独、社交孤独评分均低于常规护理组,血清NGF、BDNF水平、上肢、下肢运动功能评分均高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。联合护理组的护理满意度高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论园艺疗法联合肢体功能锻炼可显著改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的负性情绪及肢体运动功能,提高护理满意度。
Objective To observe the effects of horticultural therapy combined with limb function exercise on negative emotion and limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 108 stroke patients with hemiplegia were divided into routine nursing group and combined nursing group by random number method,with 54 cases in each group.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing combined with limb function exercise,and the combined nursing group was given horticultural therapy on the basis of the routine nursing group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,emotional isolation,social isolation,emotional loneliness and social loneliness scores in the combined nursing group were lower than those in the routine nursing group,serum NGF and BDNF levels,motor function scores of upper and lower limbs were higher than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the combined nursing group was higher than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Horticultural therapy combined with limb function exercise can significantly improve the negative emotion and limb motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia,and improve nursing satisfaction.
