摘要
应对突发环境事件是环保部门的重要工作职责,也是环保部门履行工作义务的重要方式。突发环境事件产生的危害大,对环境以及人民生命财产会造成直接的威胁,如何做好突发环境事件的应对,如何降低突发环境事件的危害及损失,如何解决突发环境事件的处置矛盾,需要环保部门制定详细的工作规则和计划,并在工作过程中制定应急预案,掌握突发环境事件的特点和类型,根据其具体要求做好处置工作,提高环境保护质量,解决环境保护问题,使突发环境事件得到有效处置。
Responding to environmental emergencies is an important duty of environmental protection departments, and also an important way for environmental protection departments to fulfill their work obligations. Emergency environmental events cause great harm and pose a direct threat to the environment and people’s lives and property. Environmental protection departments need to formulate detailed work rules and plans for how to respond to emergency environmental events, how to reduce the harm and loss of emergency environmental events, and how to solve the contradictions in the disposal of emergency environmental events. And in the process of work, formulate emergency plans to master the characteristics and types of environmental emergencies, and do a good job in handling environmental emergencies according to the specific requirements of environmental emergencies, improve the quality of environmental protection, solve environmental protection problems, so that the environmental emergencies are effectively handled.
