摘要
针对目前1.5MW风电机组普遍存在的变桨齿圈磨损问题,分析磨损产生的原因以及修复难点,提出高空在线修复技术,详细介绍了修复所用的材料及工艺。经过风电场实际修复验证,该技术高效可靠,可大幅降低风电机组变桨系统维修成本,提高风电场经济效益。
Pitch gear wear is a common problem of 1.5MW wind turbine.In this paper,causes of the wearing and difficulties in maintenance are analyzed.On this basis,the repair method is put forward and the materials and the repair process are introduced.Based on the research,we repair some pitch gears and validate the reliability of the method.In this way,the cost is decreased and good economic benefits are achieved.
