摘要
目的探讨尼可地尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选取2020年1月-12月我院诊治的172例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各86例。对照组单用单硝酸异山梨酯分散片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用注射用尼可地尔治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标、心绞痛发生次数、NT-proBN水平以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组LVEF、LVESD高于对照组,LVP、IVS、LVESD、LVEDD均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛发生次数、NT-proBN水平均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床不良反应发生率为5.81%,低于对照组的11.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼可地尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭效果确切,可提高临床治疗总有效率,改善心功能指标,减少心绞痛发作次数,且不增加不良反应发生几率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of nicorandil combined with isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of coronary heart disease with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 172 patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,86 cases in each group.The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate dispersible tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with nicorandil for injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function index,frequency of angina pectoris,NT-proBN level and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 79.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LVEF,LVESD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,LVP,IVS,LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of angina pectoris and NT-proBN level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.81%,which was lower than 11.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nicorandil combined with isosorbide mononitrate is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease,which can improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment and cardiac function indexes,reduce the number of angina attacks,and do not increase the probability of adverse reactions.
