摘要
目的:分析低剂量CT在诊断肺小结节方面的应用价值。方法:选取我院2019年3月—2020年2月诊治的120例肺小结节患者,所选研究对象均行CT扫描检查,根据CT剂量分为常规剂量组(60例)和低剂量组(60例),统计对比两组扫描辐射参数及检测准确率。结果:低剂量组患者的加权CT剂量指数(CTDIW)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)等辐射参数均显著低于常规剂量组患者(P<0.05);低剂量组患者的肺小结节检出率高于常规剂量组,但两者对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在肺小结节的临床诊断中,采用低剂量CT扫描检查,可有效减轻对患者的辐射危害,并具有较高诊断价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of low-dose CT in diagnosing pulmonary nodules.Methods A total of 120 patients with pulmonary nodules admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected.The selected subjects were all examined by CT scan.According to CT dose,they were divided into a conventional dose group(60 cases)and a low-dose group(60 cases),and the radiation parameters and detection accuracy of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The weighted CT dose index(CTDIW),dose length product(DLP)and other radiation parameters in low-dose group were significantly lower than those in conventional dose group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of small pulmonary nodules in the low-dose group was higher than that in the conventional dose group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary nodules,low-dose CT scan can effectively reduce the radiation hazards of patients,and has high diagnostic value.
