摘要
随着新能源电动汽车的不断发展与普及,其电池组的续航能力提升后的运营效率愈发成为应用开发者必须解决的难题之一,其中物流运输的电动汽车电池组续航的能源使用效率要求尤为突出。除了电池本身的续航能力外,节能增效同样是提升电池续航里程的关键因素,因此东蒲联合科技(福建)有限责任公司携手厦门金龙联合汽车工业有限公司、宁德师范学院对电动物流汽车在冷链环境下的续航能力提升及影响能源效率的因素进行分析,针对冷链环境下电动物流汽车能源效率低下的原因,运用相应的控制策略技术提出相应的节能措施,并已定制开发相应的增程冷链车车型,为中国国内的冷链物流车节能技术提供重要的指导意义。
With the continuous development and popularization of new energy electric vehicles,the operational efficiency after the battery pack’s endurance is improved has become one of the problems that application developers must solve.Among them,the efficiency of the energy use of the battery pack life of the electric vehicle for logistics transportation are particularly prominent.In addition to the battery’s own battery life,energy saving and efficiency enhancement are also key factors in improving battery life.Therefore,Dongpu United Technology(Fujian)Co.,Ltd.has joined hands with Xiamen Jinlong United Automobile Industry Co.,Ltd.,and Ningde Normal College.The endurance improvement in the chain environment and the factors affecting energy efficiency are analyzed.Aiming at the low energy efficiency of electric logistics vehicles in the cold chain environment,the corresponding control strategy technology is used to propose corresponding energy-saving measures,and the corresponding extended-range cold chain has been customized and developed to provide important guidance for the energy-saving technology of cold-chain logistics vehicles in China.
