摘要
随着我国汽车行业的快速发展,国家对汽车制造环保的要求越来越严格,其中涂料作为汽车制造工艺中排污量以及能源消耗最大的工艺,许多方面需要进行严格的改进。在整个涂装车间中涂料喷房和工作区域,能源消耗占比已经达到了60%以上,通过降低喷房能源消耗量,对于整个涂装车间的节能减排具有非常重要的作用。因此,干式喷漆代替的传统水性喷漆是在节能方面有着显著的作用。
With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry,the country’s requirements for environmental protection in automobile manufacturing are becoming more and more stringent.Among them,coatings are the process with the largest emissions and energy consumption in the automobile manufacturing process,and many aspects need to be strictly improved.In the entire paint shop,the energy consumption of the paint spray booth and work area has reached more than 60%.By reducing the energy consumption of the spray booth,it has a very important eff ect on the energy saving and emission reduction of the entire paint shop.Therefore,the traditional water-based spray paint replaced by dry spray paint plays a signifi cant role in energy saving.
