摘要
中国转型期,大量男性劳动力离乡打工,妇女留守农村、农业女性化等伴生现象广泛存在。妇女不仅是农村家庭日常生活的核心,也是脱贫致富和乡村振兴不可或缺的一支重要力量。本文以宁夏盐池模式为例,通过案例说明小额信贷借助金融和非金融行动为农村妇女多维赋能,激活其生计发展的内生动力,为农村妇女的全面发展提供了一种可行经验。
Women are not only the core of a rural family,but also the most potential driving factors for poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization.In China's transition period,a large number of male labor force leave home to work,rural left behind women and agricultural feminization are widespread.(During China's transition period,a large number of male labor force leave home to work.Accordingly,left-behind Women in rural areas,agricultural feminization and other concomitant phenomena widely exist.)Entering the transition stage from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,rural women have become an important team in rural revitalization,and it is particularly important to cultivate their ability to get sustainable development.This paper takes“Yanchi Model”in Ningxia as an example to analyze its current situation,problems and countermeasures.By means of financial and non-financial actions,microfinance empowers rural women in multiple dimensions,activates the internal driving force of their livelihood development,and provides a feasible experience for the comprehensive development of rural women.
