基于风机理论功率的全场功率优化控制策略研究

摘要 风电场有功功率控制策略对跟踪电网AGC指令和控制风电机组的发电运行起着关键作用,为进一步优化风电场有功功率控制策略,对在运行风电机组建立功率曲线模型。本文使用风电机组机舱风速法计算风机理论功率,基于风机理论功率提出风电场有功功率控制策略模型,合理分配风机有功功率,减少风机频繁启停,提升有功功率控制响应速率,保证不同类型风电机组有功功率的合理分配。提出基于风电机组理论功率在限功率平稳运行时段内,进行风电机组功率置换,可以有效平衡不同类型风机功率分配,提升整场功率控制速率,提高风机运行效率。最后,在冀北电网某风电场对所提控制策略和模型进行了验证,证明了模型的正确性和控制策略的有效性。 Using the active power control strategy of wind farm plays a key role in tracking the AGC command of power grid and controlling the generation operation of wind turbines.In order to further optimize the active power control strate⁃gy of wind farm,a power curve model is established for running wind turbines.In this paper,wind turbine cabin wind speed method is used to calculate the theoretical power of wind turbines.Based on the theoretical power of wind turbines,a wind farm active power control strategy model is proposed,which can reasonably distribute the active power of wind tur⁃bines,reduce the frequent start and stop of wind turbines,improve the response rate of active power control,and ensure the rational distribution of active power of different types of wind turbines.Based on the theoretical power of wind tur⁃bine,the power replacement of wind turbine can effectively balance the power distribution of different types of wind tur⁃bines,improve the power control rate of the whole field and the operation efficiency of wind turbines.Finally,the pro⁃posed control strategy and model are verified in a wind farm of Hebei North Power Grid,which has proved the correct⁃ness of the model and the effectiveness of the control strategy.
