摘要
目的研究高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对头孢克肟干混悬剂的含量测定。方法色谱条件:色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-SP C18柱,流动相为氢氧化四丁胺-乙腈,流速为1.2ml/min;柱温为40℃;检测波长为254nm。结果头孢克肟进样量于0.4~2.4μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.88%,RSD为0.06%。结论 HPLC操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于头孢克肟干混悬剂含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of cefixime suspension by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods Chromatography was performed using Inertsil ODS-SP C18 column with a mobile phase: Tetrabutylammonium hydroxide-acetonitrile, and flow rate was kept constantly at 1.2 ml/min;The column temperature was 40℃ and the detection wave length was 254 nm.Results A good linearity was obtained between the peak area and concentration at 0.4~2.4μg.The average sample recovery rate was 99.88%,and the RSD was 0.06%.Conclusion HPLC is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used for the determination of cefixime suspension.
