摘要
根据企业在“电加热熔盐储能供暖项目”和“熔盐传热蓄热系统及单螺杆膨胀机的研制项目”两个项目中的施工经验,总结了熔盐储能系统中几种典型的防冻堵设计,包括管道坡度、结构和压缩空气设计;详细介绍了两个项目中设备和管道的保温、伴热技术及熔盐管道堵塞的处理方法,并给出了熔盐储能系统的操作及维护保养注意事项。可供从事相关工作的技术人员和运行人员借鉴与参考。
According to the construction experience of the enterprise in the two projects of"electric heating molten salt energy storage and heating project"and"development project of molten salt heat transfer and storage system and single screw expander",this paper summarizes several typical antifreeze blocking designs in molten salt energy storage system,including pipeline slope,structure and compressed air design,and introduces in detail the insulation and heat tracing technology of equipment and pipeline and the treatment method of molten salt pipeline plugging in the two projects,The operation and maintenance precautions of molten salt energy storage system are given,which can be used for reference by technicians and operators.
