广州北部水厂大型超滤膜项目节能降耗实践 被引量:4

Energy Saving Practice of Large-scale Ultrafiltration Project in Beibu Waterworks of Guangzhou

摘要 针对广州北部水厂60×10^(4)m^(3)/d压力式超滤膜车间节能降耗的需求,开展了对超滤净水工艺运行能耗控制的研究。结果表明,北部水厂超滤膜工艺配套的提升泵在整个超滤单元设备中的运行能耗较高,占比76.02%。通过对工艺控制程序的优化,将超滤膜堆进水母管压力和提升泵运行流量的设定控制模式改为实时自动调节控制模式后,提升泵的运行能耗下降18.75%,超滤膜工艺的运行总能耗同步下降了19.00%,平均能耗从0.046 79 kW·h/m^(3)降至0.037 9 kW·h/m^(3),实现了超滤膜工艺更经济、智能化和精细化的运行。 In order to save energy of the 60×10^(4)m^(3)/d pressurized ultrafiltration membrane system in Beibu Waterworks of Guangzhou, the energy consumption control was researched. The results showed that the lifting pumps to feed the ultrafiltration membrane process have the highest operating energy consumption among all the equipments in the system, accounting for 76.02% of the total energy consumption. By optimizing the process control program, the setting operation mode of the inlet main header pressure of the ultrafiltration membrane stack and the instantaneous flow of the lift pump were changed into the automatic adjustment operation mode, which resulted in the operating energy consumption of the lift pump to drop by 18.75%, the total energy consumption of the ultrafiltration membrane system to drop by 19.00% simultaneously, and the average specific energy consumption to drop from 0.046 79 kW·h/m^(3) to 0.037 9 kW·h/m^(3), realizing a more economical, intelligent and refined operation of the ultrafiltration membrane process.
