摘要
从水相溶解罐到生产车间的输料管道,每次输送水相均要用蒸汽吹管一次,以确保管道畅通。每次吹管时,工序操作人员必须通过电话与车间的中控人员联系,确认吹管是否到位。频繁反复的过程,增加了工作量,延误了工作时间。针对此问题,对该系统采用4种方案进行改进分析,采用计量或计时的方法自动控制一次吹扫蒸汽量,达到操作简便、经济适用的目的,为同类项目改进提供参考。
From the water phase dissolution tank to the conveying pipe in the production workshop,the steam is used to blow the pipe to ensure the smooth flow of the pipe when water phase is conveyed.When blowing pipe,process operators must contact the workshop control personnel by telephone,to confirm whether the blow pipe is in place.It increases the workload and delays the working time.In view of this problem,four schemes are used to improve the system,and the method of metering or timing is used to automatically control the amount of primary purging steam,so as to achieve the purpose of simple operation and economic application.Moreover,it can provide a reference for the improvement of similar projects.
