摘要
清代由广州口岸出口的茶叶在对外贸易的商品中占据重要地位。然而至晚清时,外销茶业一落千丈。近代茶产业的衰落,其主要内因是晚清广州出口茶叶的品质下降,以及购销体制的落后。通过对晚清广州茶产业衰落原因的分析,不仅可以认清一部分历史,对当代茶产业的发展也有一定的启示作用。
Tea exported from Guangzhou port in the Qing Dynasty occupied an important position in the commodities of foreign trade.However,by the late Qing Dynasty,the export tea industry was in decline.The main internal causes of the decline of the tea industry in modern times were the declining quality of tea exported from Guangzhou in the late Qing Dynasty and the backwardness of the purchasing and marketing system.Through the analysis of the causes of the decline of the tea industry in Guangzhou in the late Qing Dynasty,there are certain inspirations for the development of the contemporary tea industry.
