摘要
有源中点箝位型五电平(ANPC-5L)逆变器的死区效应会导致相电压跨电平状态的跳变,跨电平的脉宽调制(PWM)波经过长电缆传输至电机侧又会产生将近2倍的过电压,严重影响设备安全。传统以相电流极性为基础的死区效应消除方法对传感器的精度要求较高,且在电流过零点附近极易出现误判。针对上述问题,提出了一种无传感器的ANPC-5L逆变器死区效应消除方法。该方法以逆变器的拓扑结构及开关状态为基础,首先分析了死区效应产生跨电平跳变的原因。在不检测电流极性的前提下,再通过对特定开关管进行控制,限制了产生跨电平状态的续流回路,从而消除了相电压的跨电平跳变,实现了电平的正常输出,该方法具有算法简单、易于实现的特点。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
The dead-time effect of the active neutral point clamping five-level(ANPC-5 L) inverter will cause the crosslevel jump of phase voltage.When the cross-level pulse width modulation(PWM) wave is transmitted to the motor side through the long cable,the overvoltage which is about 2 times that of inverter output level will occur,seriously affecting the safety of the equipment.The traditional method of eliminating the dead-time effect based on the polarity of phase current requires high accuracy of the sensor,and is very easy to misjudge near the current zero-crossing point.In order to solve these problems,a method for eliminating dead-time effect of the ANPC-5 L inverter without sensor is proposed.This method is based on the topology and switching state of the inverter.Firstly,the cause of the dead-time effect is analyzed.Then,without checking the current polarity,by controlling the specific switch tube,the continuous current circuit that causes the cross-level state is limited.In this way,the cross-level jump of the phase voltage is eliminated and the output is normal.This method has the advantages of simple algorithm and easy implementation.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified by simulation and experiment.
