摘要
铁死亡作为一种新型细胞死亡方式,其机制主要与机体铁状态、细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(Gpx4)的消耗、活性氧的产生、过氧化脂质沉积有关。胃癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,而目前关于胃癌的铁死亡研究仍较少。该文总结了铁死亡发生的相关机制以及与肿瘤间的关系,重点对胃癌相关分子和铁死亡间的关系及一些作用于铁死亡途径的抗胃癌药物进行综述,以期为今后胃癌发生、发展机制的研究以及抗癌药物的研发提供方向。
As a new way of cell death,the mechanism of ferroptosis is mainly related to the state of iron,consumption of cellular glutathione peroxidase 4(Gpx4),production of reactive oxygen species and the deposition of lipid peroxides.Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor,but there are few studies on ferroptosis of gastric cancer.This article summarizes the related mechanism of ferroptosis occurrence and its relationship with tumor,and focuses on the reviews of the relationship between gastric cancer-related molecules and ferroptosis,as well as some anti-gastric cancer drugs that act on the pathway of ferroptosis in order to provide the direction for the study of the mechanism of occurrence and development of gastric cancer and the research and development of antineoplastic drugs in the future.
