摘要
为了研究饲用凝结芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能及肠道消化酶活性的影响,试验选择1日龄的健康AA肉鸡240只,随机分成3个处理组,分别为对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、抗生素组(在基础日粮中添加土霉素300 g·t^(-1))、凝结芽孢杆菌组(在基础日粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌1×10^(7)cfu·t^(-1)),肉鸡饲养至21日龄取空肠食糜,测定蛋白酶、淀粉酶及脂肪酶的活性。结果显示:凝结芽孢杆菌组与抗生素组平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),且两组均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。凝结芽孢杆菌组与抗生素组料重比差异不显著(P>0.05),且两组均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。凝结芽孢杆菌组与抗生素组空肠食糜蛋白酶及淀粉酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05),且两组均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。表明饲用凝结芽孢杆菌通过增加肉鸡肠道消化酶活性改善了肉鸡的生长性能。
In order to study the effects of a probiotics Bacillus coagulans on growth performance and intestinal digestive enzyme activity of broiler chickens.Two hundred and forty one day AA broiler chickens were designed to three treatment groups as the followings:control group(basal diet treatment),antibiotic group(basal diet plus terramycin 300 g·t^(-1)),Bacillus coagulans group(basal diet plus Bacillus coagulans 1×10^(7) cfu·t^(-1)).At the age of 21days,jejunal chyme was sample and the activities of protease,amylase and lipase were determined.The results showed that the average daily gain between Bacillus coagulans and the control groups was no difference(P>0.05),and were greater than that of the antibiotic group(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to gain between Bacillus coagulans and the control groups was no difference(P>0.05),and were lower than that of the antibiotic group(P<0.05).The jejunal chyme protease and amylase activities of Bacillus coagulans group were similar with the control group(P>0.05),and both of the groups were higher that of than the antibiotic group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the probiotics Bacillus coagulans improved the broiler chickens growth performance by upgrading intestinal digestive enzyme activities.
