Development and properties characterization of heavy metal ion sewage filtration materials

摘要 利用羊毛角蛋白与壳聚糖混合溶液对非织造布进行整理,以力学性能、防紫外线性能、降解性能与重金属离子吸附性能为评价指标,探讨整理后织物作为户外过滤重金属离子污水材料的可行性。测试结果表明:在羊毛角蛋白与壳聚糖混合溶液质量分数为30%时,对非织造布断裂强力的改善最佳;质量分数为50%时的断裂强力与30%时相差不大,且此时自组装非织造布可保持较低的降解率与较高的吸附性能;质量分数在50%~70%时,整理织物UPF值可达50以上,具有良好的防紫外线性能。综合分析认为:羊毛角蛋白与壳聚糖混合溶液质量分数为50%时,利用该工艺制备户外过滤重金属离子污水材料具有较强的可行性。 The mixed solution of wool keratin and chitosan is used to finish nonwovens, and the mechanical properties, ultraviolet resistance, degradation properties and heavy metal ion adsorption are evaluated as indexes to study the feasibility of finished fabrics as outdoor heavy metal ion wastewater filtration materials. The results show that when the concentration of the mixed solution of wool keratin is 30%, the breaking strength of nonwovens improves the best, and there is not significant difference between the breaking strength at 50% and 30%, and the self-assembled nonwovens could maintain a lower degradation rate and a higher adsorption performance at this time. When the proportion is between 50% and 70%, the UPF value of the finished fabrics could reach more than 50, which has good ultraviolet protection properties.The comprehensive analysis shows that when the ratio of wool keratin in the mixed solution is 50%, it is very feasible to use this process to prepare outdoor sewage material for filtering heavy metal ions.
