摘要
针对中国石油销售公司浙江宁波分公司加油站管理人员不足、信息化监查手段相对滞后以及缺少客户大数据分析的问题,综合运用计算机技术、网络技术、信息处理技术、信息采集技术、视频监控核心技术、数据挖掘技术、机器学习等技术,设计建设了加油站人工智能(AI)分析系统平台,实现了对加油站接卸油操作、营业款清点交接的合规监测以及加油车辆统计分析和便利店客流与行为分析功能的全时段覆盖人工智能(AI)分析,为加油站增强全方位服务意识,达成客户良好客户体验,实现精准营销,打造未来新的品牌增值点以及安全运营提供了保障。该系统已取得国家版权局计算机软件著作权登记证书。
In view of the shortage of managers,the relative lag of information monitoring means and the lack of customer big data analysis in gas station of PetroChina Zhejiang Ningbo Company,using comprehensively the computer technology,network technology,information processing technology,information acquisition technology,video monitoring core technology,data mining technology,machine learning and other technologies,an artificial intelligence(AI)analysis system platform for gas stations is designed and built,which can be used to realize the full-time artificial intelligence(AI)analysis of the compliance monitoring of the fuel receiving and unloading operation,the counting and handover of business funds,the statistical analysis of refueling vehicles and the passenger flow and behavior analysis of convenience stores,and can provide a guarantee for the gas station to enhance the awareness of all-round service,achieve a good customer experience,realize precise marketing,create a new brand value-added point and safe operation in the future.The system has obtained the copyright registration certificate of computer software from the national copyright administration.
