摘要
体能训练在高校田径教学中十分重要,不仅有利于学生掌握田径基本技能及改善学生身体素质,还能有效预防运动损伤。该文阐述了田径教学中体能训练的方法,包括速度训练、耐力训练、爆发力训练、灵敏度训练及专项素质训练。此外,针对如何提升田径教学中体能训练效果提出建议,包括培养运动员训练兴趣、正确认识专项训练与一般训练、有机结合心理训练与身体训练。
Physical training is very important in college sports track and field teaching.It can not only help students master the basic skills of track and field,improve their physical quality,but also effectively prevent sports injuries.This paper briefly expounds the methods of physical training in track and field teaching,including speed training,endurance training,explosive training,sensitivity training and special strength training.In addition,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the effect of physical training in track and field teaching,including cultivating athletes'training interest,correctly understanding the special training and general training,and organically combining psychological training and physical training.
