江西某多金属矿中铜钨资源的综合回收 被引量:2

Comprehensive Recovery of Copper and Tungsten Resources from a Polymetallic Ore of Jiangxi

摘要 江西某铜钨多金属矿石含铜0.72%、含WO_(3) 0.11%,具有较高的开发利用价值,为了实现该多金属矿中铜、钨资源的综合回收,对该矿石进行了详细的工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究。结果表明,该多金属矿中矿物种类较为复杂,白钨矿、黄铜矿嵌布粒度以中细粒为主,单体解离度良好,硫化矿物和钨矿物的相互关系不是十分密切。针对该矿物特点,采用"铜硫硫化矿混浮—硫化矿浮选尾矿浮白钨矿"的流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占78%条件下,以丁基黄药为铜硫混合浮选捕收剂,经1粗1扫铜硫浮选,铜硫混合粗精矿以石灰为pH调整剂经1粗1精1扫铜硫分离浮选,铜硫浮选尾矿以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、硝酸铅为活化剂、GYB+GYR为钨矿物混合捕收剂,经1粗1扫粗选,所得钨粗精矿再磨至-0.045 mm占85%,进行4次精选,闭路试验获得了含铜24.78%、含金0.40 g/t、含银1000.00 g/t,铜回收率90.02%的铜精矿,以及WO_(3)品位35.32%、WO_(3)回收率65.25%的钨精矿,实现了有价金属的综合回收,为该铜钨资源的开发利用提供了技术依据。 A copper-tungsten polymetallic ore contains 0.72%Cu and 0.11%WO_(3),which has a good value for development and utilization.In order to comprehensively recover copper and tungsten resources in this polymetallic ore,study on process mineralogy and beneficiation test were carried out.The results show that the ore types in this polymetallic ore are relatively complex,the disseminated particle size of scheelite and chalcopyrite is mainly medium and fine,the monomer dissociation degree is good,and the relationship between sulfide minerals and tungsten minerals is not very close.According to the characteristics of the ore,the principle flow of"copper-sulfur sulfide ore flotation-sulfide ore flotation tailings floating scheelite"was adopted.The results showed that at the grinding fineness of 78%passing 0.074 mm,butyl xanthate as coppersulphur mixed collector,bulk concentrate was achieved through one roughing-one scavenging flotation.Copper-sulphur bulk concentrate using lime as pH regulator,by one roughing-one cleaning-one scavenging flotation,copper-sulfide flotation tailings using sodium carbonate as regulator,sodium silicate as inhibitor,lead nitrate as activator,GYB and GYR as mixed collector,by one roughing-one scavenging flotation.With the grinding fineness of 85%passing 0.045 mm,tungsten concentrate was achieved through four cleaning flotation.The closed-circuit test yielded a copper concentrate graded 24.78%Cu,0.40 g/t Au,1000.0 g/t Ag with copper recovery of 90.02%,and a tungsten concentrate graded 35.32% WO_(3) with copper recovery of 65.25%,valuable metals were comprehensively recovered,which provides a technical basis for the exploitation and utilization of the ore.
