摘要
随着各地修建地铁浪潮到来,人们公共交通出行选项更多,出行效率也更高。但是地铁线路布局必须配套建设车辆段。车辆段属于地铁重要整修养护基地,地铁车辆进出频繁,常伴随着噪音、震动,对城市生活区有较大的负面影响,加之由于车辆段占地面积巨大,轨道线路横亘,破坏城市空间的联通及完整性,造成割裂城市现象,因此车辆段多布置在远离城市中心人口密集居住地段。目前,全国各地地铁建设加速线路增多,车辆段也无法避免地可能与城市中心发展区域重叠。车辆段的负面影响与城市中心区域发展的高品质需求存在天然的矛盾。但随着工程技术的进步,对于车辆段的上盖改造化弊为利成为了现实,车辆段也成为了缝合割裂城市的重要载体。车辆段周边地区综合开发理念的引入城市设计思维,对于用地紧缺的存量时代下,也是未来集约开发高效空间利用的重要方向。
With the arrival of the wave of subway construction in various places,people have more public transportation options and higher travel efficiency.However,the layout of the subway line must support the construction of depots.The depot is an important subway repair and maintenance base.The frequent entry and exit of subway vehicles is often accompanied by noise and vibration,which has a large negative impact on the urban living area.In addition,due to the huge area of the depot and the horizontal rail lines,it destroys the connection of the urban space.And completeness,resulting in the phenomenon of splitting the city,so the car depots are mostly arranged in densely populated areas away from the city center.At present,the number of accelerated lines for subway construction throughout the country is increasing,and the depot may inevitably overlap with the development area of the city center.There is a natural contradiction between the negative impact of the depot and the high-quality demand for the development of urban central areas.However,with the advancement of engineering technology,it has become a reality to transform the upper cover of the depot into benefits,and the depot has also become an important carrier for stitching and splitting the city.The introduction of urban design thinking into the comprehensive development concept of the area around the depot is also an important direction for intensive development and efficient space utilization in the era of land shortage.
