摘要
在高湿低温环境,高压输电线路易发生覆冰现象,人工除冰是在恶劣气候条件下的野外高空作业,工作强度大危险性高。通过对现有除冰技术的分析和再创新,提出“预防为主,防除结合”的除冰机器人设计理念。对机器人总体设计的基础上,对除冰防冰机构、行走越障机构、辅助固定夹爪机构和辅助平衡装置等进行了功能规划和结构设计。虚拟样机及运动仿真分析表明,机器人运动稳定,工作可靠,设计方案具有可行性。
In high humidity and low temperature environment,icing occurs on high-voltage transmission lines.Artificial deicing is a field high-altitude operation under adverse weather conditions,with high work intensity and high risk.Through the analysis and re innovation of the existing deicing technology,the design concept of"prevention first and combination of prevention and deicing"is put forward.Based on the overall design of the robot,the function planning and structure design of deicing and anti icing mechanism,walking obstacle crossing mechanism,auxiliary fixed claw mechanism and auxiliary balance device are carried out.The virtual prototype and motion simulation analysis show that the robot has stable motion,reliable operation and feasibility of the design scheme.
