摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,我国老年人的养老需求已经从物质保障需求转换精神文化需求。但通过对我国现在最主要养老方式现状的了解,目前社区环境营造中,文化养老服务相关建设相对落后,相关供给量不充足,导致老年人文化养老需求无法得到满足,无法营造良好的社区文化养老氛围。文章从老年人文化养老需求分析,从功能配置、服务设施、开敞空间三个方面,规划满足老人“舒适感、参与度、丰富性”三种需求的社区。
With the continuous development of social economy,the pension needs of the elderly in China have changed from material security needs to spiritual and cultural needs.However,through the understanding of the current situation of the main pension methods in China,in the current community environment construction,the construction of cultural pension services is relatively backward,and the relevant supply is insufficient,resulting in the inability to meet the cultural pension needs of the elderly and create a good community cultural pension atmosphere.Based on the analysis of the cultural pension needs of the elderly,this paper plans a community to meet the three needs of the elderly"comfort,participation and richness"from three aspects:functional configuration,service facilities and open space.
