摘要 实施乡村振兴的关键点在于人才振兴和文化振兴,而人才、文化发展和教育紧密相连,促进城乡教育资源合理配置是振兴乡村教育的重要途径之一。立足基本公共服务均等化和教育的公共产品属性两个理论,着力政府对城乡教育资源配备的政策设定。以实际案例S省为立足点研究S省教育资源配置过程中出现的资源配备不均衡的诸多因素。最后基于上述分析提出对策建议,从明确城乡教育资源配置目标、改善城乡教育资源配置方式、提高城乡资源资源配置能力、缩小城乡教育资源配置差距四个角度科学配置城乡教育资源并为进一步完善S省城乡教育资源配置提供理论与实践支撑。 The key to the implementation of rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of talents and culture,and talents,cultural development and education are closely linked.Promoting the rational allocation of urban and rural educational resources is one of the important ways to revitalize rural education.Based on the two theories of equalization of basic public services and the public product attribute of education,this article focuses on the government's policy setting for the allocation of urban and rural educational resources.Based on the actual case of S Province,it studies the many factors of the imbalanced resource allocation in the process of S Province's educational resource allocation.Finally,based on the above analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of implementation subject,implementation object,implementation environment,etc.,in order to provide practical and theoretical support for further improving the allocation of educational resources in Province S.
