摘要
随着我国科学技术的不断发展,精细化管理与人工智能相结合的智慧化管理,是今后电站锅炉燃烧优化系统发展的必然趋势。锅炉系统是燃煤电站最复杂的核心设备之一,包含极其复杂的物理和化学变化,由于工况环境非常复杂,存在多项国际公认的技术难题,燃烧过程中涉及的测量、控制和优化方案缺乏成熟可靠的数学模型和技术方法支撑,加之国内绝大多数电企燃煤未按设计标准提供,来源庞杂、掺混燃烧现象普遍、机组负荷波动频繁等客观因素,进一步加剧了锅炉优化燃烧控制的难度,同时也导致了国内外先进的控制技术与算法方案在国内燃煤机组上无法充分发挥作用。
With the continuous development of science and technology in our country,intelligent management combining fine management and artificial intelligence is an inevitable trend for the development of power station boiler combustion optimization systems in the future.The boiler system is one of the most complex core equipment in coal-fired power plants,including extremely complex physical and chemical changes.Due to the complex working environment,there are a number of internationally recognized technical problems,and the measurement,control and optimization involved in the combustion process The scheme lacks the support of mature and reliable mathematical models and technical methods.In addition,most domestic electric companies do not provide coal-burning in accordance with the design standards.Objective factors such as complex sources,common mixed combustion phenomena,and frequent unit load fluctuations have further aggravated the optimized combustion of boilers.The difficulty of control has also led to the inability of domestic and foreign advanced control technology and algorithm schemes to fully play a role in domestic coal-fired units.
