摘要
目的 探讨多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术在儿童急性阑尾炎中的诊断价值。方法 选择本院2016年12月至2020年12月收治的165例患者,随机分为观察组(n=83)和对照组(n=82)。观察组采用Brilliance纳米128层螺旋CT低剂量扫描,对照组采用Brilliance纳米128层螺旋CT常规剂量扫描。观察并比较两组扫描剂量、有效毫安秒及两组阳性检出率。结果 观察组的扫描剂量为(8.29±2.38)mGy,低于对照组的(19.33±4.51)mGy,有效毫安秒为(86.73±23.08)mAs,低于对照组的(162.02±47.71)mAs,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的阳性检出率为92.77%(77/83),病理结果的阳性检出率为96.39%(80/83),两种方法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组的阳性检出率为86.59%(71/82),低于病理结果的阳性检出率的96.34%(79/82),两种方法比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术在儿童急性阑尾炎的诊断中效果显著,可多方位、多平面观察病灶,有效提高临床诊断灵敏度及特异度,安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of low-dose multi-slice helical CT scan in children with acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 165 patients admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=83)and control group(n=82).The observation group used Brilliance nano low-dose 128-slice helical CT scan,and the control group used Brilliance nano conventional-dose 128-slice helical CT scan.The scan dose,effective milliampere second,the positive detection rate between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The scan dose of the observation group was(8.29±2.38)mGy,lower than that of the control group(19.33±4.51)mGy.The effective milliampere second(86.73±23.08)mAs in the observation group was lower than that(162.02±47.71)mAs in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of the observation group was 92.77%(77/83),and the positive detection rate of pathological results was 96.39%(80/83).There was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).The positive detection rate of the control group was 86.59%(71/82),which was lower than that of pathological results(96.34%,79/82).The difference between the two methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose Multi-slice helical CT scan is effective in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.It can observe the lesions in multiple directions and multiple planes,effectively improve the sensitivity and specificity of clinical diagnosis,and has high safety.It is worthy of popularization and application.
