摘要
目的调查湖南省公民参与助老志愿服务的意愿,分析其影响因素,探索提高全民参与助老志愿服务意愿的策略以缓解养老护理人员的供给失衡。方法在湖南省14个市州中采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样方法,对符合入选条件的4616名公民,调查其基本情况、对助老志愿服务的知晓度、参与度,以及参与助老志愿服务的意愿,对调查结果进行相关分析与回归分析。结果公民助老志愿服务的参与意愿(79.9%)整体较高,但知晓率(完全了解3.1%)、实际参与率(8.3%)较低;性别、婚姻状况、身体状况、对助老志愿服务的了解程度、有无照护经验和是否参与过助老志愿服务,对公民参与助老志愿服务的意愿有较大影响,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论助老志愿服务的普及程度需进一步提高,建议从完善服务机制、提高服务意识、提升服务能力等途径来鼓励和促进全民参与助老志愿服务,以弥补养老护理人员的不足。
Objective:To investigate the willingness of citizens in Hunan Province to participate in voluntary services for the elderly,to analyze the influencing factors,and to explore strategies to increase the willingness of all citizens to participate in voluntary services for the elderly to alleviate the imbalance in the supply of health care personnel for the elderly.Methods:A stratified multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used in 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province.4616 citizens who met the selection criteria were investigated for their basic information,awareness of and participation in voluntary services for the elderly,and willingness to participate in voluntary services for the elderly.Correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted on the survey results.Results:Citizens'willingness to participate in voluntary services for the elderly(79.9%)was generally high,but the awareness rate(3.1%fully understood)and actual participation rate(8.3%)were low.Gender,marital status,physical condition,understanding of voluntary services for the elderly,whether there was care experience and whether or not they had participated in voluntary services for the elderly had a great impact on citizens'willingness to participate in voluntary service for the elderly,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:The popularity of voluntary services for the elderly needs to be further improved.It is recommended to encourage and promote the participation of all citizens in voluntary services for the elderly through three ways of improving the service mechanism,strengthening the awareness of service,and enhancing capabilities to deliver services,so as to make up for the shortage of health care personnel for the elderly.
